Here are some pictures from our Halloween Party. Patrick our mean Pirate.

Jayce and Dayne were hunters.

Above is a picture of Lynnsey and I. The witch and the pirate. AAAARRRRR !!!!!!

Maquette was our little Flamenco Dancer.

The other day we thought we were going to lose Tuffy our dog. He didn't eat for two days and then, one night when I got home, he wouldn't walk on his right hind-leg. We thought he had drank some antifreeze and was losing his internal organ functions and would be gone in the morning. We went out and said our goodbyes and took some pictures. The next day he was doing better and now he is just fine. Who knows what had happened, but he is one happy pup again.
It has been a while since we posted anything. We spent Thanksgiving with my grandma Nola and the Hansen side of the family. It was great to see so many of my relatives that I normally don't. Everyone's kids are getting old...... that means so am I. Black Friday was experienced by Lynnsey waking up at 3:30 in the morning to go shopping. That is insane but worth it if there is something you can get for the right price. After the morining of shopping we went down to Lynnsey's mom's place in Wayne County and got our Christmas tree. Of course we shot it down... the Wayne County way. Lynnsey says that our tree is quite the Charlie Brown Christmas Tree, but I think it is great. Each year is something different. Over all it was a great Thanksgiving break. Much needed time with the family.

This is the first time that we have ever done something like this. It is quite fun. We are creating this blog so you guys (friends and family) can keep up to date with what is going on in the "Happy Hansen House." It is just about Thanksgiving and Christmas is just around the corner (some of the best times of the year!!!!). It means seeing many of our family members that we don't see all year long. Well, to keep you all updated, Jayce is enjoying third grade and is doing well. He has an amazing Cub Scount Leader (Lynnsey) and is moving up in rank. Dayne is loving first grade. Currently he only has two girlfriends, ha ha. He takes after his mother! He is practicing for his Christmas play, for which he is very excited. Maquette is loving her pre-school class and gives her teacher a run for her money. Patrick is our newest dance enthusiast. All you have to do is put on some music and away he goes. Lynnsey is busy as ever with Cub Scout, Daycare, etc... She loves being home with the kids. As for myself I love my job and helping students find resources to achieve their goals. Anyway, we are excited for Thanksgiving. It means the Christmas tree hunt is just around the corner. I think I will use a 12 ga. this year (the Wayne County Way). Love ya all!
